Linten, or as I first knew them Prompt PC, has been Halcyan’s (and my previous businesses) IT support since 2019 and has been outstanding throughout.
We have relied on them for our hardware and software support, and despite them not actively supporting Apple, they have valiantly supported me with my system alongside the company’s PC systems. Their response times have always been rapid and reassuring. Their patience, friendliness and good humour with us whether the issues were more ‘user-generated’ or genuinely head-scratching IT gremlins, from every member of their team, has been consistent and something that I value highly, especially when explaining, again, why something doesn’t work.
As we’ve grown, when asked for their advice regarding changes to our system, way of working, software choices etc, they have always been very clear and firm on what we should and shouldn’t do, avoiding ‘fence-sitting’ which is what we appreciate, and patient and supportive when we ignored that advise for other reasons. We have yet to meet a problem that they can’t, with some perspicacity and determination, solve, keeping our business moving smoothly ahead as we grow and develop. We intend to remain with them for as long as possible and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.
